If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your new apartment home during the first 30-days of your rental agreement, you may cancel your Lease Agreement without penalty.* There is absolutely no risk, and your satisfaction is guaranteed.

*To cancel your Lease Agreement, you must return possession of the premises to the Landlord within thirty (30) days of your lease commencement date.  To be released without penalty, the apartment or townhome must be returned in the same condition as it was on the date of your move in.  You will be responsible for paying the FULL MARKET RATE OF RENT for the days you are in possession of the premises.  This program was implemented in March 2004 and applies to Michigan properties only.
